These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and DigiTech Dynamics LLC ("we," "us") governing your use of the Go Live Simulator app for Android ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
Go Live is a single-player simulator. There is no real audience, no live broadcast, and no other real users. All viewers, comments, gifts, and reactions are generated by artificial intelligence. Nothing you do in the App is published or shared with any other person.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The App uses Google's Gemini API to generate simulated audience reactions in real time. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unintended. You use AI features at your own discretion, and AI-generated content does not represent the views of DigiTech Dynamics LLC.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; or (d) attempt to circumvent purchasing, access controls, or usage limits.
The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding AI-generated output and content you provide), is owned by DigiTech Dynamics LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiTech Dynamics LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account via Settings → Delete Account or the Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
