Go Live Simulator Privacy Policy (Android)

Effective Date: June 19, 2026  ·  Last Updated: June 24, 2026  ·  Applies to the Android app com.golivesimulator.app

1. Who We Are

Go Live Simulator is operated by DigiTech Dynamics LLC, based in Minnesota, United States. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us anytime at team@digitechdynamics.com.

2. What Go Live Is (and Isn't)

Go Live is a simulator. There is no real audience, no public broadcast, and no other users watching you. Every viewer, comment, and reaction is generated by artificial intelligence on a private, single-player session. Nothing you do in Go Live is ever published or shared with other Go Live users.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you give us directly

3.2 Information collected automatically

3.3 Information processed when you stream or message

To power the simulated AI audience, comments, direct messages, and recaps, Go Live sends data to third-party AI providers that act as our processors:

Your camera is used only to show a live preview on your own screen. Camera images are not transmitted to us or to any third party, and are not stored. Microphone audio is transmitted only while a stream is actively running; when you stop the stream, transmission stops immediately. We do not save your audio, transcripts, or message text to our servers.

4. Permissions We Request and Why

These map to the runtime permissions Go Live requests on Android:

PermissionWhat it powers
CameraShows a live preview of yourself on your own screen during a simulated stream. Camera images stay on your device — they are not transmitted or stored.
Microphone (Record Audio)Lets the simulated audience react to what you say. Audio is streamed to Deepgram for real-time transcription while you stream, and is not stored.
NotificationsOptional. Sends stream reminders and updates. You can disable these in the app or in Android system settings.
Advertising IDOptional. Used to deliver and measure ads via Google AdMob. You can reset or limit it in Android settings.
BillingLets you purchase a subscription and coin packs through Google Play.

5. AI Provider Disclosure

The simulated audience comments, direct messages, and recaps in Go Live are generated by third-party AI services that act as our processors:

We use the paid API tiers of these services. Under their respective API terms, your data is not used to train their AI models. Providers may briefly log request data for abuse-detection purposes only. See Google's Gemini API Terms, Anthropic's Commercial Terms, and Deepgram's Privacy Policy for details.

AI-generated reactions are core to how Go Live works. You can stop microphone transmission at any time by ending your stream. If you do not want to use AI features, do not start a stream or send messages.

For transparency, here is how Go Live's data practices map to the categories in our Google Play Data safety declaration:

Data Collected

Data Processed but Not Stored by Us

Purposes

Camera images are processed on-device only and are not collected. Data is encrypted in transit, and you can request deletion at any time (see Section 10).

10. Your Rights and Choices

10.1 Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account, or visit our Account Deletion page. This deletes your RevenueCat customer record, Mixpanel profile, analytics identifiers, and all on-device data within 30 days. You can also email team@digitechdynamics.com to request deletion.

10.2 Manage your subscription

Open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

10.3 Opt out of ad personalization

In Android Settings → Privacy / Ads, you can delete or reset your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.

10.4 GDPR rights (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, or object to processing. Email team@digitechdynamics.com. We rely on legitimate interest for analytics, contractual necessity for the subscription, and consent for advertising-related processing.

10.5 CCPA / CPRA rights (California)

You have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information. Some advertising activity may qualify as "sharing" under CPRA; you can opt out by resetting your Advertising ID or by emailing us.

11. Data Retention

Account data and analytics are retained while your account is active. After you delete your account (or request deletion by email), we delete your account record and analytics profile within 30 days, subject to short backup-retention periods that auto-expire. Microphone audio sent to Deepgram, and text sent to Anthropic and Google, during sessions is processed in real time and is not retained by us beyond the request.

12. Security

All network traffic is encrypted using TLS. Go Live does not require you to create an account or sign in, and we do not collect passwords; your data is associated with an app-generated identifier stored on your device.

13. International Transfers

Our processors (Firebase, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Google AdMob, Google Gemini API, Anthropic, Deepgram, Google Play) operate primarily in the United States. If you use Go Live from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and potentially other countries where these providers operate.

14. Children's Privacy

Go Live is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information in Go Live, please email team@digitechdynamics.com and we will delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
